Undertake to comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and legislation, to obtain all licenses and statutory permits required for the property offered, to ensure legal eligibility and entitlement for the real estate listing, and to bear the consequences of any violation thereof.

Agree that the property details may not be modified from those specified in the advertising license.

Undertake to exercise accuracy in all information in the published listing and that it corresponds to reality (including but not limited to: the section, category, images, price, services, description, location, and any conditions or restrictions on the property), and undertake to keep that information updated at all times on the Platform and to bear the consequences of failing to update it.

Undertake to publish the details of a single property per listing, to publish a separate listing for each property, and not to duplicate the listing of any property.

Agree to the Platform's right to close any listing for violating the terms and conditions, or in the Platform's interest at its discretion.

Undertake not to publish listings for units designated for monthly or daily booking in the properties-for-rent sections (they must be offered through the bookings service).

Undertake to engage with and respond to users' communications regarding the listing.

Undertake to close the listing once the offered unit is sold or leased.

Acknowledge the seriousness of the real estate request and the accuracy of the data entered in it.

Undertake to engage with users who wish to make contact.

Undertake not to publish fictitious requests for any reason.

Undertake to pay any fees imposed on publishing the real estate request.

Agree to the manager account's responsibility for any violations by any user affiliated with that account.

Agree that upgrading to a package lower than the current package is not permitted.

Agree that in the event a package is purchased while an unconsumed package exists, the validity of the new package will begin from today's date.

Agree to the subscription renewing periodically according to the activation start date.

Agree that the features of the Aqar Plus service are subject to increase or change whenever the Platform deems it appropriate.

Agree that misuse of the service (including but not limited to: targeting owners for marketing purposes) exposes you to suspension of the service without refund of the subscription amount and without prior notice.

Agree that search results for Aqar Plus filters rely primarily on advertisers' inputs, and the Platform makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the information entered.
