This notice explains how Aqar ("we") handles data when you use the Aqar plugin in ChatGPT to search property listings. It supplements the Aqar Privacy Policy and Data Privacy Policy, which apply when you visit sa.aqar.fm or use Aqar's apps. Your conversation with ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Summary
The plugin needs no Aqar account. It does not ask for your name, phone number, email, precise location, payment details or any government identifier.
It only receives the search criteria ChatGPT sends on your behalf, and uses them to find public listings.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or build a profile of you.

ChatGPT may attach request metadata (such as language or approximate region) to plugin calls. The plugin does not use or store it.
Listing results contain public listing information that advertisers published on Aqar, including the advertiser's display name. This is processed under the Aqar Privacy Policy.
2. Why we process it
To run the search you asked for and return matching listings, listing details or district names.
To keep the service secure and reliable: preventing abuse, diagnosing errors and blocking malicious traffic.
We do not use plugin data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions about you.
3. Who receives it
Aqar's listing service, which runs the search. It receives only the search criteria, not your identity or IP address.
Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the plugin and Aqar's image servers and provides security services, acting as our service provider.
OpenAI, which receives the search results and shows them to you in ChatGPT.
Authorities, only where required by law.
We do not sell or share plugin data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. How long we keep it

5. Your choices and controls
Stop using the plugin at any time by disconnecting Aqar in ChatGPT's settings. Your ChatGPT conversation history is managed in ChatGPT under OpenAI's controls.
Avoid sharing personal details in your request. The plugin only needs property criteria.
Your rights. Under applicable law, including Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or ask about how we process it. Because the plugin does not link requests to an identity, we usually hold no data we can attribute to you, but we will answer any request. Contact us at [email protected].
6. Security
Plugin traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The plugin is read-only: it cannot contact advertisers, make bookings, take payments or change any data on Aqar.
7. Children
The plugin is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Changes
We will update this notice if the plugin's data handling changes, and revise the effective date above.
